Yoga in Nature for Kids, sponsored by Peaceful Yoga, is a free class that will be held on April 9 at 10:30 am at the Wildcat Glades Education Cottage.

Led by Amanda, a registered yoga teacher, this class is designed to incorporate elements of fun, breathing and yoga poses specifically for kids ages 2 and up who are accompanied by an adult.

Bring your yoga mat or a towel, and a reusable water bottle. This is a great opportunity to help kids during these months they might be experiencing some extra energy from being inside these past few cold months.
