Recovery Friendly Workplaces (RFW) empower businesses and employers to strengthen the workforce in Missouri through education and support opportunities.

RFW fosters cultures that promote employee safety, health, and well-being through strategies that provide support for managers and employees, including reducing stigma and providing recovery resources relating to the challenges surrounding substance use disorders.
