Body & Soul Transformation will be hosting an NFL-type “Combine Event” to test participants’ strength, speed, agility, and quickness. Prizes will be as follows:

• 1st Place – $75
• 2nd Place – $50
• 3rd Place – $25

There will be two age brackets, Youth (ages 16 to 18) and Adult (ages to 19 and 24) and three weight classes per bracket, Lightweight (125 to 165 pounds), Middleweight (166 to 200 pounds), and Heavyweight (201+). Events will include:

• Squat Deadlift
• Bench Press Pullups
• 40-Yard Dash Vertical Jump
• Three-Cone Drill Shuttle Run
