The Joplin Health Department is holding a Friends and Family® CPR class on April 25th from 1 to 3:30 pm at the Joplin Public Library, Conference Room 1. This class is great for members of the general public – neighbors, new parents, grandparents, babysitters, etc, etc. No medical background needed.
