This Simplicity Model Weight Management Class is a weekly, 90-minute day or evening class beginning February 7 and running through March 28.
It is intended to provide students with the necessary tools to manage sustainable weight loss. It is not based on a complicated process, but on the Mayo Clinic Health and Wellness Model. Registered students will receive a notebook to keep and will be supplied with various handouts throughout the course.
Registration includes a free one-on-one consultation with a Certified Nutritionist and a one-on-one Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
