The JHD ServSafe® food handler’s course is for anyone working with food. Gain knowledge of food safety, cleaning, and sanitizing from your public health inspectors. Each student receives the food handler guide and certificate from course completion. This course alone may not be enough to meet the requirements for the annual Joplin priority assessment. Online options are also available.
