Healthy Joplin, a collaboration of local businesses passionate about improving the physical activity and mental health of community members, is sponsoring a community walking group initiative. This group meets at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Webb City and is part of Freeman Advantage. Walking includes a warm up and cool down with about 40 minutes of walking. The group is able to walk inside the church gym or outside in the park across the street weather permitting.
