Simply put, coming together and learning new things is good for your noggin! In this Pilot Program of the Wits Workout group, you’ll engage in all kinds of interactive puzzles and games and learn what you can do in your daily life to keep your brain healthy. This program has two main goals—to provide purposeful opportunities to engage intellectually and to increase socialization through ongoing group participation.
Wits Workout is a brain health program developed by the University of Illinois Extension.
