Schedule of Events:
10:00am: Ranger led tour on Carver Trail Get your heart pumping on this 3/4-mile ranger-led walk to learn about the park and life of George Washington Carver and discuss how he used his Agriculture Bulletin series to address and then improve the diet of the farmers in the South.
11:00am: Yoga in the Park A certified yoga instructor from Four States Yoga will lead participants through a ‘gentle flow’ outdoor yoga class focused on building strength and increasing flexibility.
Noon: Tai Chi Day- beginner session Discover ‘poetry in motion’ as you learn movements like White Snake Spits Its Tongue, Moving Clouds, Part the Wild Horse’s Mane, and more! Being National Tai Chi Day, you will learn, laugh, and leave with a relaxed happy heart-guaranteed
